Quarry Capital will provide minority or controlling private equity investments in opportunities that fit the following parameters:

Industry

• Privately-held or public North American companies or non-core or underperforming divisions of diversified corporations

• Capital-, asset- and/or labor-intensive businesses in sustainable industries

• Special situation investments (e.g., manufacturing plant, service business attached to OEM, distressed assets, etc.)

• Primary industries targeted:  manufacturing and distribution, wholesale trade, business services, retail trade, health care 

Financial Parameters

• Revenue between $30 million and $600 million

• EBITDA or Cash Flow less than 6% of revenue

Operating Parameters

• Operationally challenged businesses (e.g. flat to declining sales, lower margins than competitors in the industry, retirement/departure of a founder/CEO, challenges with data management systems, the need for additional financial or operating resources for growth, etc.)

• Sustainable industry dynamics
