Investment Approach

Quarry Capital will provide minority or controlling private equity investments in opportunities that fit the following parameters:

Primary Industries Targeted

• Manufacturing and distribution
• Wholesale and retail trade
• Health care products and distribution

Financial Parameters

• Revenue between $30 million and $600 million
• Ideally, EBITDA or Cash Flow below 10% of revenue, with room for margin expansion

Operating Parameters

• Typically, capital-, asset- and/or labor-intensive businesses
• Privately-held or public North American companies, non-core or underperforming divisions of diversified corporations
• Ideally, operationally challenged businesses (i.e. one or more of the following situations):
• • flat to declining sales
  • lower margins than competitors in the industry
  • retirement/departure of a founder/CEO
  • opportunities to upgrade data/analytics capabilities
  • the need for additional financial or operating resources for growth
• Sustainable industry dynamics
